There is no objective reality independent of us.
We experience the world we are capable of knowing or understanding. The various types of matter and energy exist as potentiality or probability until coming into contact with a knower (individual consciousness) capable of knowing it.
What does this mean for us?
It means that we are experiencing the world at this precise moment that we are capable of experiencing. The world will unfold into more profound and deeper levels of reality precisely when we develop the knowledge base to experience it. Our knowledge base grows with experience, thus our experiences (no matter how terrible) are the key to a greater level of understanding and a more expansive level of experience.
Our life is not a curse, no matter how miserable. Our life is exactly as it should be based on what we are capable of understanding at any given moment. As we expand our understanding, life will continue to unfold exactly as it should. In short, the key to our own destinies is found nowhere but in the present.
